MEET THE TEAM
We believe in working together to get things done. The faces below represent a small segment of the many who invest in countless ways to keep our churches running and looking forwards. We couldn't do what we do without our ministry team but neither could it be done without those who sign up for rotas, help with Sunday School, serve on the PCC, play music, sing, serve at communion and give in many other invaluable ways.
Ministry team

Rev Nick Widdows
Vicar
Nick is first and foremost a follower of Jesus Christ, and is committed to serving him in the church, in the community and in his home. He loves the church and is committed to seeing it grow, in all its forms, and in reaching out with the life changing good news of the gospel. He loves life and lives it fully, sometimes in the sea or on the cliffs, always on the lookout for an adventure, often with a noisy family and a neurotic spaniel in tow.

Rev Keiren Marwood
Curate
Keiren, an ex-policeman, is now following a different call to care fore and protect others spiritually. He has a real heart for others and is a true pastor. He likes sailing, his garden, walking his dogs and a good bit of banter.

Debbie Harris
Lay Reader
Debbie loves being busy in the community and in the church - she head up the prayer life of our churches and has a passion for the importance of prayer. This goes hand in hand with practical ministry and Debbie is heavily involved in the children's work at St John's and is on the preaching team. She enjoys time with family and a good giggle with friends.

Claire Widdows
Wild Church Lead
Claire really loves people, cake and stories. She thinks church is brilliant and is committed to building strong and creative links with our community, She has taken the lead on Wild Church over the lockdown. She is mum to George, Emily and Kit, who are funny and feisty in equal measure, and all share her love of books and cake.
