Tuesday Morning (10:00 - 11:30)
Wild Tiddlers, The Vicarage Garden (by St John's Church)
Tiddlers is a group for under 5s, parents and carers that meets every Tuesday morning in term time. We play, we craft, we eat snacks and we sing. Currently hosted outside in the vicarage garden beside St John's church. No need to book, if you have an under-5 just turn up!
Monday Evening (19:30 - 20:15)
Christian Meditation @St Ia
The Christian meditation group provides worshipers with 45 minutes of support and practice in the art of silent meditative prayer according to the World Community for Christian Meditation. We meet in the Lady Chapel (side door entrance off St. Andrews Street). Our small group welcomes visitors all the year around so please come and join us. Visitors and newcomers welcome!
Midweek Bible Studies
We believe that meeting regularly to study scripture is a vital part of growing in faith and deepening our relationships with each other. Several groups meet during the week. If you are interested in joining us then please get in touch and we'll find a group that works for you.
Monday Evening (19:00 - 21:00)Needles & Pins @St John's Church Hall
Needles and pins is a friendly group of enthusiastic sewers who meet each week to chat, drink tea and work on our own individual designs or group sewing projects. In the past these have included knitted hats for the homeless, hats for the special care baby unit at Treliske, and quilts for the Linus project.
Tuesday @ St Ia (19:45)
The St Ia choir is a friendly, dedicated group of voluntary singers who come together from a range of backgrounds by a love of singing sacred music in a liturgical context. Our main rehearsal is on Wednesday’s at St Johns in the Fields church, Hellesvean. TR26 2HG from 7.30pm.We currently sing at the Parish Eucharist at St Ia and at Evensong on the fourth Wednesday of each month. We would love to recruit more singers in all parts to create an even larger choir.

Art & Spirituality Mornings
A chance to explore spiritual themes through the medium of art with our Resident Artist, Caroline Marwood.
These take place on the fourth Thursday of each month. Please contact us for more details of the theme and location for upcoming events.
As part of our commitment to meeting regularly we also meet to pray and share the Eucharist at regular intervals during the week.
Normally, we hold prayers on Tuesday at St John's (10am), and communion on a Friday at St Ia (10.30am),
